I got a buddy not too far from there you want me to contact him? It's still not too late.

Where does he live? I've questioned myself all damn day. I would hate to waste his time.

If he fell he was hit hard like the rest are saying. Get the dog if you can. Heck we have even found a few with my old lab who never had a lick of training for tracking deer. We would just walk around with him in the direction the deer went and next thing you know he was standing next to a dead deer.

took this exact shot on a buck I killed this weekend. I had no exit and no blood trail but he only went 35 yards and was piled up right here....

Not far from Jackson. I sent him a message to make sure he is even in. He has a black lab that has found several deer.

Was it subtle? I wasn't going for subtle.

Good luck, man. Hope you find him. If you think he's as good as youre saying, I would absolutely get a dog out there and find him. I made the mistake of not getting a dog on one earlier in the year and I've been kicking myself ever sense.

I'm going to look again in the morning. I shot a 120 pound doe this evening. Dropped her in her tracks. That tells me my gun is on.
