Cleaning takes 20 minutes if you know what to do
Replacing and adjusting takes 45 minutes and ~$70 if you don't know what to do

I assumed if OP can take apart and clean a carb he would be able to replace one just as easily.
I think the last one I bought ran $35-$40 ish.
