Has anyone from this board been there and can give some insight? Is it a dump? Is it nice? How effin' far do I have to drive from Vicksburg?

It's a good range but not fancy. Targets are set from 25 to 600 yards for rifles and they have a decent skeet course. I shot there 2 weeks ago and it was dead but was on a Wednesday. On the weekends the range fills up quick so get there early. The old guy that runs it is a nice guy and will talk your ear off. It will take you about an hour and half to get there from Vicksburg.

I have been there a bunch. Its about 7 miles from my house. Its got a 750 yard shot and all the rifle lanes got to at least 600. It has a skeet range that is brand new and I think they are through with the pistol range now. If you come bring your own shooting bags or whatever you may use. It has concrete stands but no bags.

The pistol range is new. They used to not have it. I haven't walked over to shoot my pistols there because I usually just shoot them here at the house. I meant through as in finished building it.
