Purchasing a new home And there is vinyl siding on overhangs and storage building. The siding is white and obviously shows a lot of dirt/grime. Do you baws precoat siding before pressure washing? I don't want to use anything that will "dry" siding out.
Thanks!

I second this...Jomax makes it disappear. It's friggin magic. And not harmful to your landscape plants. Soooo much easier than pressure washing!

Buy 1 gallon of Jomax...mix as directed. Next batch leave out the Jomax. See if you can really tell the difference, and is it worth the $20 or so to use it.

After using jomax many times, I'm coming around to thinking the product and results are overrated.

Jomax mixes with bleach. Maybe just try a bleach water mix and see what happens. But I've used the jomax and it does kill the mildew good.

Jomax is a Consumer/Homeowner product sold in box stores. It 'works' somewhat. Those in the pressure cleaning business spend their money elsewhere. IMO, the OP would do just as well to use a bleach, water, dish detergent mix. It's very safe...especially if you wet/rinse plants before and after application to your house.
