Had some cubans follow us trolling for a whole day. We would troll under man o war birds and hook up - usually both bull and cow dolphin. They caught nothing all day and watched us boat 8-10 really nice fish. They didn't know what to look for I guess.

Falterman has picks all over FB of the fish he caught yesterday in lake. Looks like some nice fish.

it's not just him. They literally went from catching 5-8 fish on guide boats to 37-45 in one days time.

Fishing on the Red River. There is a culvert that empties into the channel that usually has some fish around it. I stop about 100 yards before it and cast at the bank as I'm making my way toward it. I get about 35 yards away, almost within casting distance, and a 21 ft. triton with 250 comes roaring right up to the culvert. So much so he has to put it in reverse to keep from gliding into it.

I asked, "REALLY?!?!" to which there was no response...

I continue on my path and keep throwing at the culvert. I have the common decency not to throw across his boat, but I laid the line right off the back by his motor, and right across his nose within a foot or two of his trolling motor on the next cast.

After that, he has the audacity to ask if I have been catching anything. I say, "I was planning to until some guy cut me off my spot because he couldn't wait his turn..."

I think the comment went right over his head. He had a super nice boat and equipment, but threw like my 6 year old niece. His behavior and casting prowess showed he hadn't been involved in the sport long.

This kinda stuff happens all the time while fishing Toledo during a big tourney. KVD did this to my brother one time. My brother was like "Sweet! It's KVD!" and then KVD came right up and cut him off while slinging his wake all over my brother

I left out this part of the story...

Neither of us caught anything off the culvert. I was steaming so much if he would have hooked one I would have lost it.

Some dude is telling one on me. I'm fishing a very small bayou. I stopped counting after 8 boats come in there. Mine was the first one in there. At some point, I have boats both up the bayou and down, and those guys are bouncing from bank to bank.

So, I'm fishing my way out while some guy is fishing his way back in for the second time. He had left earlier. When he and I get close, he stops fishing and puts his shite up. His boat drifts to within 10' of mine. Absolutely floors it to make sure his wash blows all over where I'm getting bites. Oh, he was mad.

Years ago while running yo-yo's in Black Bayou North of Monroe we witnessed some guys taking fish from our rigs. We were young and dumb so instead of confronting them we watched where they parked their boat. After they left we relocated their 25hp Yamaha. Left them a note saying feel free to run our yo-yo's but you can paddle your arse out to them. If the original owner of that motor sees this and can tell me the make/model/color of the vehicle I will return your motor. I have changed the way I live my life.

What really pisses me off is when I'm fishing in a cove and some jackass comes into it waterskiing or riding a jet ski 20 ft from me.
