Any of y'all use the plot watcher pro. What's your opinion or tips? Thanks

Is that the one you can check real time on your phone?

No it's a daytime time lapse camera.

I've got a couple that I use as security cameras on logging jobs.
I get several weeks on a set of batteries, and each day's file is about 1.5 GB, so a 32 GB card will last almost 3 weeks.
Nice cameras, but the real beauty is the software that comes with them to view the files.

Can you view the memory card on an iPad?

I'm not sure. It doesn't record picture files, like jpg, it captures TLV (time lapse video) files. You need the software it comes with or some other program that can view them, and I don't know if there is an app that can use it for an iPad.

Yeah I think I'm going to get a few to watch more than what a reg game camera can. Didn't think about use as security but that would be great too. Thanks.

just remember that it doesn't have a flash, so you wont get pictures of anything but lights at night

Yeah but I just want to pattern what's coming during the daylight hours and watch a larger area with these. I will still use my game cameras too. These just looked like a great idea

And thanks for the feedback

I dont have the pro model, but I do have the original Plotwatcher.
I like it because you can kind of see what is back in the distance rather than having to have something in front of the camera to set it off.

I have a few and they are great for plots. It's like being in your stand everyday. Great for deer patterns. The image quality is not great, but a excellent surveillance camera.

Thanks. Do any of y'all use the zoom or wide angle lens?
