I just recently got a ceramic kamado style smoker and I love it.
Sam's Club here locally has a pellet smoker for a good price, and I'm interested in doubling up and having both as options for grilling.

Anyone have any experience with pellet smokers? Pros/cons, etc? Any advice would be appreciated!

No experience with the pellet but I'd put my Akorn up against any of the higher end Kamados. Paid $300 for mine at lowes. Best grill/smoker I've ever owned.

I have the Vision Grills one from Sams Club, got it for $449 and I think it's almost exactly the same as the BGE for 1/3 the cost.

I, while not personally a pellet smoker, have met a couple. I asked one the other day what it thinks about the OB and it seemed rather unimpressed.

I got a rec tec two weeks ago. I can't stop cooking on it. I love it. I've cooked everything from pizza, turkey, ribs, hamburgers, chicken, steaks and everything in between. It all comes out perfect. I've have zero complaints so far.

Yeah, it was their clearance price. They have a pellet one for $249, regular $399, which is what I'm looking to get. Between the two, I should be set for grilling.

I also have a gas weber spirit e310, so I should be able to cook anything and everything, all at the same time.

I saw Traeger had a display in Costco here in Baton Rouge the other day. I recently got a BGE and have been loving it,but the pellet grills still have attention. Especially the Rec Tec portable one that rolls. Seems they were more highly reviewed than Traeger. I have a cousin that cooks in competitions and he uses a wood pellet grill.
