Picture is from "Lost Pets of Baton Rouge" Facebook site, but I have them in my possession. The Chocolate is limping pretty good. She looks a little older too - some gray in the face - FYI.
ETA: Found on Bluebonnet.

Looks like the yellow has an invisible fence collar.

Yeah - don't appear to be a training collar. Those fence collars aren't worth a shite...especially for a hardheaded male.
Not really messing with the Chocolate - just letting her rest, but the male listens to direction pretty well.

They remind me of the snap my brother sent me yesterday. That's his 2 dogs.

Dayum, was it yer neighbors dogs?

Nah. They were swimming in the canal by Bluebonnet. They ran up to my wife's office, and I told her to hold onto them, and I'd go pick them up.
I posted here and on "Lost Pets of Baton Rouge" on Facebook. Didn't take too long for the owner to respond on Facebook. Apparently they live on the other side of the canal.
Thanks fellas.
