What all do you want to run on it? Just music or tv and music?

Wired, wireless?
Set unit or aux only?
Budget? Size?
Surround sound, single speaker?

Tons of variables based on what you want/need/afford.

The receiver in the living room has multiple zones. Outdoor speakers are on zone 2. Controlled by an app on my phone. Easy peasy

I used wired Yamaha speakers on my pool/deck area and love them.

It was only like $200 for four of them and they sound great.

I would not do bluetooth for something like that. I would go with a basic cheap receiver plus Dayton Audio speakers.
