So I have a nice stainless sink for my dock next to my fish cleaning table. The only option to supply the sink is with a hose pipe. Is there a valve that fits the hose on one side and couples it to a normal sink fitting on the other?

I assume that's my best option here, I just couldn't find what I was looking for at lowes.

yes. I'd hard pipe it with PVC to a sturdy piling, assuming you are doingthis on a canal or water of some sort and put a shut off. Just get to lowes-depot early in the morning when the plumbing department guys who know what's going on, is working. just tell him what you want to do and he'll fill your buggy with the goods.

Tap into the line where your hose is connected and run a pex line so you won't have to worry about freezing like you do with PVC.

Yes, I have a hose bib coming off my main at the camp that is converted to 1/2" PVC going out to the fish cleaning pier. Behind the sink I have a hose splitter, one side to the faucet in the sink and one side for a hose to spray down my cleaning station.

You need this Faucet Supply Line and this !/2 FIP to Hose Thread and this hose coupler

There are probably countless ways to get here then just run a hose and roll it up when done.
