Boat captain. get with a rich guy that travels the world for tournaments and you can make 100k. But you have to win tournaments

I'm considering changing jobs as well and would love to work outdoors.

They have a couple of companies in Louisiana that specialize in deer management (Evolved, PlotSpike). I'd call them or check their website to see if they have any openings. May can get a job as a product rep.

buy a tractor and take care of peoples land/ hunting leases

you could bushhog, hang stands, check cameras, plant food plots

people would just pay you by the hour

Good choice, but these are difficult to come by. Forest Service, NPS, BLM are places he could apply. Probably have to be a veteran to get one of those jobs.
With his degree though, would look at travel and tourism related jobs. Its how I got started.
