If you don't eat beef I don't think you'd really want to eat deer, IMO. I really only eat it because it's there, and it's cool because I killed it. The best stuff we have from them is the sausage and ground meat, and that's more pork than deer anyway

Are better than anything you'll find in a store.
Backstrap n tenderloin are a must.
All the other shite has to be boiled to get the game taste out.. But I still enjoy it. Been a while since I had deer meat though
