Went to the mailbox 5 minutes ago and had a "please donate" letter from the NRA.

He's 74 years old. He needed to retire long ago.

Good, need some fresh, no-compromise leadership in the NRA. Hopefully some pro-2A lawyers/business leaders will step up to seek leadership positions and turn the place around.

North is a slimy bastard, but he wouldn’t start a fight within the NRA unless something was actually afoot.

If the situation is as North and the Attorney General allege that it is, LaPierre was making himself rich on a nonprofit organization that was not his to take from.

Boy LaPierre sucked at that tit long and hard. Could the NRA really not see that droves of gunowners were staying away because of him?

Now that he's gone I may join up again, I will watch to see how things go.

That POS is why I quit renewing. Hope they manage to put someone in place that can right the ship.

That S.O.B. should never have been given the position in the first place. In my opinion was always too radical and eager for conflict from day one.

The troubling thing is that he and the heads of other big charities really thought what they were and are doing is perfectly fine. They are all a bunch of crooks. I was done with ALL of them when I got heavily involved in Ducks Unlimited in the early 1980s.

i feel like he's too to be the fighter we need to lead the NRA. as good as the FPCs and GOAs have been, it's sad those "small" groups are the ones getting shite done when the behemoth that the NRA is is sitting on their hands.

what has the NRA done for us lately?
