Non-resident license requirement?

What licenses are required for a non resident to hunt ducks for one day in LA?...the website sells something called "LA Duck"....will that plus a federal stamp do it?
Also, what is required for a non-resident who is under 16 to hunt ducks for one day?
I have looked and the website is not clear on this....

You are going to need:
Small game/ migratory bird 1 day- $29
La duck- $5.50
HIP- free and a Fed Stamp.
If you have a La birth certificate, it is a little different and cheaper.
Not sure about the kid, but I don't think anything is required as lond as they are under direct supervision.

I may be late in this, but the $5.50 duck license is NOT required with the 1-day small-game license. Those licenses are all inclusive.
