most reviews show it to be a pretty good truck. Everyone has their differing opinions on what truck is best so I doubt you will get an unbiased opinion here. I say drive it and see what you think. It is priced fairly well but I would tend not to get first year models. There are typically numerous small issues and recalls to deal with. Seems to be a tweener between 1/2 and 1/4 ton. Also appears their entertainment and information setup isn't as strong as the competitors. But if you like being in something different give it a try and tell us what you think. All manufactures are making decent trucks these days. Just a matter of preference.

THE tweener is why I'm interested. It's a really good towing truck where I don't need an f250 and a 50k f150 is just out of my price range. It seems that it tows about 11,000 lbs and can get a fully loaded platinum for 40k with less than 10k miles on it. They are priced well.

It may be a great truck, but they destroyed the front end.

By far the worst gas mileage trucks on the market. Hands down.

To each his own i guess. The last model wasn't bad at all, this one is hideous.

I find they tried too hard to make them look like a Ford. The towing mirrors, the drop down on the bottom of the front windows, the shiny panel on the tailgate, etc...

I have seen some on the road that I thought were meh, and then saw one the other day that looked really good. All depends on the color combo and wheel combinations.

Its not the most fuel efficient or the nicest inside but sometimes its nice having something different than everyone else. If you like it go for it. I am sure it is a nice truck.

The regular Titan gets very good gas mileage. Big 5.6 engine, 8 speed transmission.

You get a lot of bells and whistles for the money with a Titan.

I just bought a new Tundra but I almost bought the Titan. The reason I bought the Tundra because I was driving one that was 9 years old and had 208K without a wrench every put on it except for brakes, tune up and oil change. Can't argue with that.

My only concern about the tundra is that my boat weighs over 10,000 pounds.

Anyone got good dealership for Titans? I got a buddy looking at them but the local dealers aren't very good. I have always heard Houston has better prices on trucks. Any links to dealers in that area?

Nissan of Picayune is where I got mine. Good price and great service. I literally have a Nissan dealership across the street from my office I will not step foot in.
