I believe around Indian River Lagoon. Atlantic side of Florida.

Thats the current Big Lake, LA record if I'm not mistaken. Guy caught it on a sand eel.

I went and fished Baffin Bay in the late 90's and the guide told us that they had a huge fish kill in early 80's. They scooped up 2 trout that were 44" long. I know that a 25" trout weighs 5 lbs and for every inch you can add a lb. Over 20lb trout would be unbelieveable.
