Boat show pricing has been extended thru end of April which never happens so they still pushing.

As someone who has worked in boat sales and is still very close with people who own/run dealers, can tell you that the concept of boat show pricing is largely a myth.

Sometimes there's some incentives a manufacturer will throw in around early spring/late winter, but overall, with some dealing the "boat show price" can be had about any time.

I’m just repeating what i was told...yes they are small
Rebates they offer at times. My buddy works in boat sales so I’m well aware at the cost and discounts.

They typically end these discounts and extended warranties at the end of March. They have extended this for the next few weeks.

Yeah the boat industries not stupid.
Just like any mfg of more expensive whole goods. They know dealers floor plan and if they are scared to stock or sitting in stock they cannot make new product. They are going to help the dealers.

The mfg usually pays x percent for the zero interest for x amount of time through a finance company. After that the dealer pays the interest. It to get the dealer to stock inventory and usually most dealers sell it before the plans come due. The dealer then registers the unit, and pays it off within x days of the sale. After the floor plan time runs out the dealer pays interest on the product which cuts in their profit.

When the floor plan on that unit comes due this where some will cut the price to get rid of a unit. Usually not that much unless the units been sitting and typically toward the fall before preseason orders for the next season.

Now rebates that from the mfg sometimes the dealer eats a small percentage sometimes they do not. Example $500 rebate dealer may give up 1/3 of that rebate while the mfg eats 2/3. Some dealers can choose not to participate depending on the contract. Usually the mfg puts that on during peak season which I am told for boats is March/April timeline.

March=record month
April= approx 20% up over 2019

I just bought 40 more boats to stay stocked up, most builders are shutdown and had backlogs before they closed so inventory will be tight this summer.

Lucky I'm in LA and local .gov didn't shut us down.

non-ethanol fuel has not come down like the rest of gas prices.

Non-ethanol fuel isn't made in the quantities that ethanol fuel is. So much Ethanol fuel is sitting in storage tanks to the point that many refineries have shut down production.

Non ethanol should come down some but not to the extent of ethanol.

I had 2 sold the other one to Arizona, the one we still have is actually a 2019 boat but for some reason got stamped 2018. I think it was built for the dealer meeting, or brochure, they made a big upgrade to the 2019 on that model.

Have you talked to my sales staff? The one I have left doesn't have photos online, its been in my showroom for several months with boats on either side of it. Its black with blue graphics and tower. Its setup with a digital 250 but could do a 300 on it.

fire me an email sales @ the website address I will give you some details
