The frontier boats are excellent. IMO, you're paying for the hull lines on the blackjack unless you want the 256. Frontier is the best value on the market right now IMO.

10K difference? The Frontiers must have gone way up in price. The difference use to be about 40K.

Ahh nvm, I see this was an old thread.

I looked for a while for a 19fter. Those are set up like the kenners with the forward side storage boxes. They stopped making that model a while ago unfortunately.

Stretch it 3’ and I’m on the order list, 21 still best value 21 on market. THT had a 224 that just sold for $65 was immaculate.

I owned a Frontier back before the Frontier had a fully lined version. It was basically a clean cap decks and spray in floor. I loved it, but it was under powered so I sold it pretty quickly. I've also owned several Kenners.

Frontier and Blackjacks are both great boats! The Blackjack was designed to be the higher end version so it carries the higher tag.

If Blackjack is your "dream boat", then spend the extra money for it. end of story.

I think they said they will not ever offer that because they don't want to compete with the 256, which is obviously their big money maker.

Blackjack 256 coastal is the perfect lousiana boat to my liking.

Thought this was the best of both worlds. Always liked a splatter coat deck

256 has a backlog of orders and he's not going to f that up for some broke dik guides.
Kenner history; the second 224 made hangs across from my boat at Spicers. The first 256 was sold to me and TWT buddy at a select boat show in LC. I was instrumental in getting the 256 sold when buddy quit guiding, it lives in Mandaville now and has a fing t-top.

I'd like to meet those guys. I'm huge fans of their boat designs. My 23v isn't going anywhere unless I win the lottery.

Still one of the best boats out there! Sometimes I miss mine.

For a couple years Bill Kenner would frequent the LC Boat Show....don't know if he liked the casinos or what, but he was usually here. Easy to talk with. Laid back just like Jerry of Jerry's Marine. I had my Frontier at the time an asked why it was only rated for 200? His response was "how fast you want to go?"
