Never seen a buck this big here in my part of Virginia

Dang if this ain't a big un. For these mountains, genetics, food source, and minerals, this Virginia buck is a monster. Any of yall got any idea how old it is? LINK

Virginia adds the outside spread and the tip to tip measurements, right? So that deer would have about 50 inches added to it over what normal B&C scoring would have, right?

I really don't know how Virginia scores their deer, Camden. I would hope they use the same criteria that B & C uses? If not, I wonder why would they want to use something that isn't "standard"? But then again, these are the same people that continue to tell us there are no mountain lions up here...

Right click on the image, copy image, on the post click the img button and past that stuff you just copied into the box that opens. Hit preview to see if you succeeded. Sounds complicated, but after you do it a couple of times; easy, breezie...

Those brow tines look shopped. Not saying it is but it just looks so unusual.
