Neighbor shot big deer

Guy sent me a photo of a deer he shot beside one of our farms a couple of weeks ago. This deer has tons of mass has not been scored yet.

I think you would have to score that non typical. Would that not be just a basic 8 point rack if you scored it typical?

It might gross out at 185 or so, but they'll be 15"+ of deductions

Believe is or not there is no set rule to determine whether a deer is non typical or typical. It's a judgement call by the hunter. It will score higher as a non typical though.

What do you think this rack would score? Another neighbor shot this in North Alabama? It is 19" wide.
