Need some help from the boating population...

I am conducting some research on the Mississippi River and am looking for a place to put in a 19 ft boat north of new Orleans. Preferably not far from the airport/kenner

At the end of Williams Blvd there is a public launch by the casino.

If you need to put the boat in the river there's a launch in the Bonnet Carre Spillway (Norco) on the river side of the locks.
