Need help with cucumber plants

Growing diva cucumbers. They are hybrid and don't need pollination. The plant looks healthy and producing small cucumbers. However, the cumcumbers grow to 1 inch, turn yellow, and fall off. What is the problem that is causing this?

Mine did that last year and was told they weren't getting pollinated. I learned the difference between male and female flowers and started pollinating with a q-tip. Some still fall off (<10%) but most survive. Picked over a dozen so far this year.
I would try pollinating and see if it makes a difference.

It is possible that your plant is not mature enough to produce full size cucumbers yet.

I get what but the cucumbers are already there which means it's not pollination problem.
Diva cucumbers are parthenocarpic and don't require a pollinator to yield fruit.

If the plant is unaffected, the more than likely the plant is under stress and dumping the fruit it can't support.

Wrong! Here's a little education about the birds and bees:
The female flowers are at the tip of the little cucumbers that appear first. The male flowers form without the little cucumber. If the female flowers at the end of the small cucumber are not pollinated with the pollen from a male flower, they will shrivel and die.

Speaking of cucumbers....
Are these harmful to my plant? I have read that they eat other bugs. TIA

Those are juvenile leaf footed bugs not assassins. They suck sap so they are harmful.
