need a vet in baton rouge thats open on saturdays

Besides the vet next to Grecos is there another one open on Saturday's.

I used to use Helouins when I had my horses. Any idea what they charge for routine shots. I used the one by Grecos for her first set, but the 2 hr wait sucked.

I'm just going to back to the one by Grecos, since that's where I took her for her first round of shots. N they are like half the price of the other ones. I loved how they treated her n us, ill just have to get there for when they open.

I really don't remember. I know that my vet bills are always cheaper than my family or friends. A lot of them actually switched over there because of that. Their prices on pet medication is even cheaper which I found out the hard way after buying from petmeds or whatever. I was then informed they are $10 less.

I just have bad memories of Helouins, n wasn't their fault. I bring my cat there, but that's bc my aunt pays for it, since I took my grandparents cat in when no one else could take him.

Guess I will deal with the wait if I love how they are. Just don't want to go to Helouins (not their fault). They did everything they could. Just emotional for me.

I got my 1st horse in 1990, then spring of 1995 I was told he had to be put down. It's not Helouins fault, its just how it is. It's just hard to go back there, bc that's where I got the news. Yea I know I'm such a girl.

I have had to take my beagle there on the weekends. The care is excellent. I would suggest making an appointment - they have been on time with those for me in the past with little or no wait time. But, be prepared to spend $$$.
However, you can ask for Dr. Lanasa - she's easy on the eyes.

sherwood south is open Saturdays and has a 24 hour clinic. They are now building a true vet hospital that will be equal to LSU VET Hospital
