Need a new pair of work boots

Alright OB, I need some advice - I'm looking for a new pair of work boots. My biggest problem with most work boots is the egregiously large sole on them that makes me feel like I'm walking in moon boots. Can you point me in the direction of some quality, leather pull-on boots that can take a beating? They don't have to be waterproof and they definitely don't need to be steel-toes. I've found these at BPS that have great reviews: RedHead Destry Western Work Boots - $110, but am open to spending more than that as well.

My Red Wing Irish Setters are comfy and hold up well.

I am currently wearing a pair of lace up timberland steel toes that are pretty damn comfortable.

Don't know how these would stack up for your needs
I just got a pair of Reebok RB8826 for less than $50
LINK
Very comfortable

I am an operator at a Chem plant, so I am on my feet and climbing all day long.
Even with our steel toe requirement I found these boots are the best for me.

I've got a work voucher for a pair of boots sitting on my desk right now. Probably gonna check out the Ariat line of work boots since my current ones are great.

+1 We might have the same ones. Super comfortable.
I've got some Rocky slip-ons that are solid as well.

My current pair of office steel toes are Georgia Boot Athens Wellington and my mill boots are Ariat Ramblers. Both are comfortable and the Ariats have held up well in paper mills for the past two years.

Just got another pair of new Justin work boots. Really like the way they feel. (Same ones Geaux has but not white tops)
I need to get some lace up steel toes though.

I wear these in steel toe.
Pretty happy with them. They are comfortable abd hold up well. Easy to get on and off too.

You don't have to lie, we know operators kick their feet up in the control room for the majority of the shift.
I wear twisted x steel toes. I've had them for a year and started working in them in January and they've held up well and are really comfortable. Another guy at work has the same boots and he likes them as well. My next pair will be tony lama steel toes when the twisted x's wear out.

I appreciate all the responses. I like those Justin's a lot.
To be more specific, I want full leather, pull-on (not lace-up), non safety-toe shite-kickers. Just some regular boots I can wear and not have to worry about. I just don't like the gigantic rubber soles most come with.
I have nice cowboy boots and I have snake boots and hunting boots, so these don't need to apply to those scenarios. Maybe putting work boots in the title confused people, I didn't mean to imply these had to satisfy a safety regulation...

Yeah work boots mean steel toes to me. So basically you just want some shite kickers.
