im a benelli guy. Me and my dad have several and thats all we shoot now. With that said, i got a 835 when i was in high shool. And have yet to have a single shell jam in it. Hunted ducks, dove, and turkey with it. It shoots anything i stick in it, and holds a great pattern. Mossberg shotguns are not as bad as some would lead you to believe. Yes they are heavy, and yes they kick like a mule, but they shoot
