Millennium marine boat seat reviews?

Any of you guys own or sat in a millennium boat seat? I'm thinking about installing one on a swivel in my 14' stauter boat.
Reviews are good and seat looks sturdy. Just curious how comfortable they are.
Any pros and cons would be appreciated

i have 2 millennium deer stands with the same seats. very comfy

My BIL has them in his boat very comfortable and they won't get u a soggy bottom if it rains. if I ever need to replace mine I will be getting them

Thanks for the replies. I ended up buying several GCI Outdoor SitBackers at Academy ($29.99). They're comfortable and no drill work needed. Plus they have mesh netting behind them which is good for storage.
