I do considering switching to yamaha but after the cost of the motor, wiring revamp, and change time involved, I'd rather exhaust options on this motor. I still think that this carb motor is truly a simple motor to work on and understand due to its minimal electronic components. Just need to work through the options to get a resolution.

Cool. Another thing I've seen with mine is a spider nest/egg mass and a dirt dobber nest in the throttle body which affecte wfo performance. And, ethanol's the devil.
