Friday when we launched out of Dockside I saw 5 gallon buckets of Matrix Shad and the New Vortex there in the building and asked what they were all about. Was told it's bulk purchase bins. All the baits they make can be purchased there at Dockside.
I picked up 100 for $25. Think you can get 50 for $15 but not sure.

I purchased a 100 at the sportsman show and after tearing the trout up all summer my inventory is low so I plan on purchasing 100 more soon...you will need 100 if you catching fish! Besides it's Cheaper this way and can get what colors you like

I saw those buckets the other day. Unfortunately, my money went to live shrimp instead.

Lemonhead has been the most productive for me, but I've caught a few on the shrimp color and magneto.

I disagree strongly. We fished matrix alongside gulp, saltwater assasins, etc two weekends ago. We caught tons of trout on all of them BUT the matrix were by far the toughest baits. Had to switch gulp tails at least 3-4x more than the matrix tails. Very impressed with the durability.

When the fish are there, I dont find much difference in one from the other except for the durability.

Caught 50 trout last weekend on two matrix shad. They hold up well and often times out fish live shrimp. I brought 6 vudu shrimp and never touched them.
