Yellowfin close to a mil

So for 41 feet of boat, it's a pretty good deal then. I know mako isn't the best, but I bet you these will sell alright to the people who are just going to sandbars, who want to have the biggest dick there, without spending a mil.

Possibly. But an insane amount of guys that buy these $500k center consoles already have a new one ordered by the time they pick theirs up. Guys are buying $600k boats and selling them in 15-18 months when their new boat is finished for $450-500k.

I don't see mako getting into that as much because they aren't top of the line that guys can measure their Ds with.

It's absurd how many 42 yellowfins are in boattrader but I would bet most of them the owners either have a new boat or have one on the way, I'm talking 1-3 year old boats for $400k+. There was a 2015 for $650k I think.

Yep, not a Merc fan for offshore. Would rather have a Contender anyway.

Why don't they just ballast down the aluminum boats to match the ride of glass? It just needs some steel in the keel.

The one in that video was the family package. They have other models more tuned for fishing.

None of the boats mentioned are close to a Million, They are all in the half a mil range, so there's zero reason to ever even consider the Mako.

I don't know what they sell for, but I can look on boattrader and there's a 2015 42 yellowfin for $649k. There's multiple other other older boats for right at $500k. So I'm assuming a 2017/2018 yellowfin is going to be dang close to a cool Mil.

Fuel is $6 to $8 per minute while running out with those 4 engines. $10+ a minute under full throttle.

ouch.

Why anyone would buy a brand new boat is puzzling to me. It's the first item sold when someone is in financial trouble. So deals are plentiful.
