My dad was a Forestry professor at LSU for many years. Sad to see it go...

He grew up in Avoyelles parish and New Orleans. I spent most of my childhood in Bastrop, and went to hs in Monroe.

Stepdad is a retired forester grad from LSU. Early 70s, I'm sure they probably all know each other. Fairly tight knit group
