Lower unit damage - certified Yamaha Mechanic in BTR - suggestions?

Hit something and tore up my skeg and lower unit this weekend, any suggestions on a certified Yamaha mechanic to evaluate the lower unit and repair. Hopefully local and fast, need it for vacation in 2 weeks.

Idk if a shop can do it that quick but call Bo at Bo's propeller in port Vincent, he can replace the shaft and fix skeg. he did my buddies before.
