18k would've been a good deal....I offered him 19 and am on the way to pick it up now 
Seriously though if anybody thinks the price is out of whack try pricing them (and worse try to actually take delivery of one within the next 3-6 months)
Waiting on a 17' myself to be ready anyday and know it will be the most fun and most used boat I'll have

There's a boat (Gator Trax flats boat) similar to this at Bass Pro that's rotting on the lot. They won't come down from the $20K selling price.
