Looking to upgrade to a Kamado style grill.

I remember a group buy on here before, but since that isnt going on, where and which brand should i get?
I also want to design/build a table stand. I see some plans online but i want to modify it to make it fit my needs. Anyone else done this?

Depending on where you live it might no be beneficial. If you live close to South Louisiana or possibly Mobile, then your odds go up dramatically...

I don't trust wick. My cardiologist bill has gone up 9000% since our little deal last fall. All these pork butts and briskets and bacon wrapped explosions are killing me.
