Yea if you can find one that hasn't been souped up and has been treated well odds are it won't need much attention. I had found a fine arse red 04 4x4 with a 6 speed a few years ago that I still wish I had bought.

Find one that has a coolant filter already installed and service records for regular oil changes and pretty much you are good to go unless it has/had a radical tune.

I would avoid one with aftermarket head studs like the plague.

I have found the 6.0 to be a damn fine engine when used as intended, when tuned to the max and driven like a sports car they don't fare so well.

Have owned two and both required nothing other than normal maintenance.

The 6.0 had plenty of problems but most of them were avoidable. Keep a fresh battery in it, keep the fluids and filters changed with what the factory specifies, and work it like it's intended to be worked.
