Looking to build an AR

Does anyone out there have some sites that they like for upper and lowers. I am planning on going with a free floating barrel and I am building on the 5.56 platform. Any input or ideas are greatly appreciated.

Well, he didn't provide a budget. He asked for ideas.

Yeah, and he kinda split after asking.

Sorry for the delay, I'm overall looking to spend at MOST 1500. Pretty much doing my best to set up as close to the IAR Platform as I can. I shot the IAR 2 weeks ago as part of a fielding group with the Marine Corps. It's so sweet, I'll try to post some pics when I get home

no shite!
not trying to be a dick, but you will not find anything remotely close to an M27 for 1500. i mean, platform-wise, sure, but performance-wise, nah. h&k and lwrc are extreme top of the line firearms for a reason which is why their price tags all look like misprints. not to mention that attaining a rifle capable of around 1000 rpm is a challenge in itself.
eta- i would like to see the pics/vids though whenever you get around to posting them.

Ok, but if you're going big, 6.8 spc makes more sense. I'd go either 7.62x39 or 6.8. Blackout's a 'tweener.
