The saw I use the most at my house is my band saw followed by my Japanese pull (hand) saw or dozuki. Then the circular saw.
I built my bed with a router, chisels, hand planes, dozuki, and band saw. No metal except for the bed hardware for the rails.

I agree. I’m currently changing everything over to cordless as I need something. Flexvolt is badass. But the regular 20v I’ve been having for 5+ years without issue and use almost everyday.
