Looking for a good commercial grade mower & dealer?

Looking for a reliable commercial grade mower along with a good dealer for parts and service. I currently own a Ferris and I found out quick that the dealer I purchased it from is terrible. I work on most things myself, however if i need parts, they don't stock them, if they even answer the phone and if i need service work it is always a 2 week or longer turnaround. The mower itself has been solid but possibly looking to find something different with a reliable dealer. Preferably in the South BR-Prairieville area. Gravely, Deere, Scag, Hustler? Thanks

M&L tractor, they all ways have parts I need they sell kubota tractors and lawnmowers though. when I say parts I mean belts, blades, and oil filters, that's the only thing I've ever had to get zd321 with 550 hrs.

Thanks for the info. Wanting to find a place in South BR, Prairieville, Gonzales. I don't go to that side of town often. Yeah, I once needed a deck belt and my dealer did not have it in stock. USA Bearings and belts is where I get them now. Think I pay $35 compared to ferris price of over $100. These belts seem to hold up better also

I have had a toro commercial zero turn mower for almost 10 years. Some of those years it was used pretty hard. I have had very little trouble with it. I'm not in BR so I can't help with a dealer, but I wouldn't count out their commercial line. The lower ones look very cheap, but the commercial line is what I will buy again when this one dies.

Gautreaux's Lawn and Garden in Gonzales. They have both Hustler and Scag.

Thanks, looks like my closest toro dealer would be the same dealer I have now and trying to get away from.

Will have to check them out, they are pretty close to the house. Dealers that are close to me are Geatreaux's, Hutches Hardware, and Ascension Equipment. Anyone have good or bad experiences with any of them?

2nd vote. I bought a Scag from them 10 years ago and they have been easy to work with ever since.

Yeah, I get all of my Stihl equipment from them and they seem to be good people. Always very friendly, been kinda leaning towards them and Gravely

I bought a big kubota zero turn in the spring, thing is a tank. I knew what kind of service I would get on it though as I have a few tractors from the same place.

I've got the 72" diesel and it is a beast. Bought from Seal in Woodville but I've also bought from M and L and they are both great on service and parts in stock. I have an old Ford tractor they keep going for me.

Have not used them personally, but have a few guys in the lawn biz like me that do and all say they are good people.

The exact model I bought! It is an awesome mower cut my mowing time down from 3.5 hours to 1.5 I love my tractors but have no idea why I didn't get one sooner!

Because the are fricking expensive. But it will be the last one I buy in my lifetime. By the time I wear it out I'll be close to dead or too old to cut anymore anyway. I'm a believer in you get what you pay for so I just save until I can instead of settling. Hauls arse too.
