Anyone been down today/have knowledge of containment of the water? Seems like it's the same general area it normally breaks near Point Celeste, wondering if HWY 23 is still open or not? All I have seen so far is news reports. TIA

HWY 23 is open.
Here is what they sent us:
The parish ring levee in Myrtle Grove has been temporarily fixed with rocks and sandbags as Plaquemines Parish officials worked until dark Monday to plug the breach
The Plaquemines Parish Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness reported the levee breach around 10 a.m. local time Monday
The low-lying areas of the Myrtle Grove Estates subdivision got as much as 4 feet of water, but no homes were reported to have flooded because they are elevated
The National Weather Service says windy and rainy conditions are expected to taper off later Tuesday as the last remnants of Hurricane Patricia move out of the area
