A Washboard from heavyhanded on
Bladeforums
Once sharp, then I use the spyderco sharpmaker for touch ups and a strop

I'm currently experimenting with a 1" belt sander and different grit belts

Chefs Choice 120 work Awesome. If you can't make it work please read the instructions again, once you do the three stages you only need to resharpen is the third one which is a hone. If they are really dull then go to second stage then three. Easiest sharpener I seen and they get wicked shaving sharp.
Most sport and pocket knives are on the same angle. The only ones I know that are on a weird angle are Japanese chefs knives made withVG 10 Steel.

I was out in west texas this past weekend. We were piling deer up. They had a warthog sharpener. First time i'd ever seen one, but we cleaned a pile of deer and it's pretty quick and easy.
