Kalashnikov USA making AK-103 and more

Kalashnikov USA showing off their AK-103 and talk of short barreled versions and 5.56 variants with fixed and folding stocks. First video they allude to making magazines.

I like the talk of wood stocks. I like my composites but something about wood on an AK just does it. The fixed model AK-103 comes with msrp of $1050. Could be a nice AK. I'm hoping it is as the AK holds a special place for me and having a quality AK I don't have to build out of parts would certainly be welcomed

Always wanted an Arsenal SLR106, but their prices exploded. Saw some for like $2200 the other day. No way Im paying $2200 for any AK variant.
Might have to look at these.
ETA: Ill buy someones used one for $600. AK's arent worth $1000+

On a PSA I'd hold out for the spiker. It'll be the only AK since the Chinese to feature the spike bayonet. I had a chance back in 99 to get a Chinese spiker but the $1000 pricetag forced me to pass.

The Kalashnikov USA 103 looks a little nicer than the PSA. But the PSA will have a chf barrel and the KUSA won’t.

Last week I ran some low base Winchester Super-X #6 1325fs, Winchester Defender Elite PDX 1150fps and Federal 00 1325fps through it.
The Super-X had 1 FTE on the last round in the 10rnd mag.I'm fitting a MD Arms 20rnd drum which has a dummy round and alleviate the issue. I had the gas regulator set on 1 since it did cycle the rounds
The quality on the KS 12T compared to the Siaga is night and day. Anything aftermarket made for the Siaga works on the KS 12. Recoil wasn't bad at all.

I have a 104ur that i sbr'd. I love that thing. I also have a 107fr and a wasr. These look interesting for sure!

Can you tell us a little more about it? I haven't handled a KS-12 but have handled Saigas. I see a lot of people happy with the KUSA Vityaz clone so I'm hoping for a good quality rifle.
