OH HELL YEAH!

Better than the fillets in my opinion. My family goes crazy for them and they are the first thing to go at a fish fry

COONASS CAVIAR

I have tried it but do not care for them. Give me a fried speckled trout fillet.

I did fried mullet roe once. It was like eating fish flavored sand

Tried them the other day. I thought they were a little dry. I liked the trout filets better. Maybe I over cooked them. Weird texture.

My old dog loved them raw. That's the only use I've got for them.

I pan fry bass eggs from my pond whenever a female has them. Fricken delicious.

I've tried them and will eat them but won't go out of my way to eat them. I have a fishing partner that would take just the eggs he goes nuts over them.

I tried em when I lived in LA and a bit of an acquired taste but I wouldn't turn them down.
Someone from Alec told me that a Cajun would eat it if it ran too slow or flies too low
