You guys have the aimpoint t2 in yet. I am getting AD Reaper 33 built soon and needed a t2 with a magnifier.

I'd rather it be in a bolt action and a better round. Cool gun though

I wonder what the recoil is like and how fast does the barrel heat up?

Bunch of pussies up in here. That thing is a monster.

I'm gonna come see it soon.

I could spend less and have .50 BMG going downrange instead. Pretty sure the pussy spends $4 to send 4000 lb-ft rather than $5 to send 13,000+ lb-ft...

Touche'.

But to pretend that Nemo didn't think outside the box and design an extremely badass AR is naive.

pretty sure the pussy would get a .50 BMG over a .416 Barrett or .408 CheyTac

I'm no fan of proprietary cartridges and neither comes close to the peak energies of .50 BMG. Remember it's .50 J.M.BMG, everyone else just pretends.

I'll wait until I see the internal specs to see if it really delivers. Looks good certainly.

Give me 650 - 750gr lump of metal to lob in at that range, still gets the job done even if it's only blunt force trauma at that range...

I know, the real pussies are the outdoor ranges that don't allow them...

I'd rather have the .408 cheytac. I like a flatter shooting round. That's why I chose my 7mm mag over the 300 win mag. I'd rather not "lob" bullets when I have to lol

nevermind, I saw the ballistics

I'm not questioning your right to spend your money on what you want - however, this is akin to buying a $1 million car for a 1 mile commute.

There are very few shots you're going to make that you would need the 300 Win Mag, that .308 isn't going to be completely adequate - at half the price (if that) on the platform, and 1/4 that on the ammo.

It can't do anything that a $2500 bolt gun can't do with the cartridge - heck, maybe not as well from a rest. Probably heavier than an AR-10, so as a mobile platform, with or without glass, it's going to wear you down faster.

Just getting back to the basic economics - I could be at an AR-10 and 2000 rounds of ammo - OR, AR-10 plus $2000 in glass for the price of this - and still shoot for 1/4 the price.

But, enough of me raining on your parade. Looks like a nice platform. Enjoy the $hit out of it.

That Nemo rifle has an internal recoil buffer. It's supposed to be like shooting a .223 round.
