Just so the OP knows, thats a 60mm round and the fuse on top is missing, but its an M49A2 HE or High Explosive round.

It has a Kill Range of 17 yards. Once again, hope that shite isnt in your house with kids around.

I would not have picked up. And for the record we don't have any of ordinance here.

I am also depressed no one picked up on the obvious E TX parts of the broken up Shuttle reference.

Offshoretrash's son did find the only arrow head I have ever found on our lease on his 3 day stay and took it home with him.

Yes sir, what you have there is a live 60mm UXO.

If you're going to be dumb you better be tough.
The EOD detachment at Shelby is no more, closest support comes out of Gulfport.

One of the worst casualties I've seen outside of Iraq and Afghanistan was when some poor bastard dug up a UXO from range rd at Shelby and took it home, it was a 105mm round that rolled out of his truck when he dropped the tailgate, not much left to bag up.

I've been thinking about doing this with Tannerite, BBs, & Duct tape. Then cover it with corn and wait for a pack of hogs. Then let her rip!!!!

Long time fishing partner of mine....If I had to guess, he is currently trying to rig up a mount with a release mechanism to his drone, so he can test for himself.
