Could be a practice round (most likely) but having seen weird shite happen with these I wouldn't frick with it too much more unless you feel lucky.

Im an Army Explosives guy, that Mortar doesnt have a primer but its still dangerous. You shouldnt be handling that thing.

If you seriously want it gone let me know and I can help you out.

Don't call the po po if it is in the house. They will call the explosives team and might blow it in the house...

Im serious dude, that window is to see if the powder charge is ok.....its starting to deteriorate. Get that thing the frick out of your house, storing that is illegal but finding it isnt.
