I've just had terrible luck bow hunting this year and its built up.
Long story short yearling runs straight in front off me at 20 yards looking spooky. Its mom comes in really spooky 2-3 minutes later. Well big cull comes out at 30 yards. I wait till none of those 3 are looking and get my bow ready. Well cull keeps lifting his head smelling so I said I better hurry and get a shot off. I wait until no e of them are looking and start drawing back all the sudden directly behind me downwind I hear a deer blow and look behind me and she wasn't 25 Yards behind me. Buck takes off and for the next half hour it's a contest between the 2 does to see which one can blow the most!

I'm sorry Dylan, my year has had a rough start as well, but I have to laugh knowing how those does are. I laugh even when they bust me in the stand.

Just reading this, but it was another doe just coming in. I never knew she was there. I enjoy seeing them that close anyway. I feel like I learn a little every hunt during bow season and all you can do is put yourself in the best position to kill. I guess theres not a lot you can do when they come from every direction.
