Dang rt it makes a mean pizza. The pizza stone is a must. Probably my favorite thing to smoke on mine is a Boston butt

Brisket, I get mine at Sam's. Stabilize egg at 225/250, put the brisket on when you go to bed, I'm an old guy so 9:00/9:30 PM. Let it cooked for 10/12 hrs. depending on size. Great stuff.
Spatchcock chicken. Boston butt, Seared steaks...

Go to Naked whiz on the net, a good site for ceramic grill cooking. also THE Smoking Meat website.

Get a good dual probe wireless thermometer (Amazon)

I have the BUBBA KEG, same thing cept metal instead of ceramic.
