FYI, not a new law, a change to the regulations that will require more paperwork...

Even after July 13, a Trust is still the best way to go about purchasing anything Class III. It's just going to make things a bit more difficult.

Not as long as your local NFA dealer has the suppressors you want IN STOCK right now. You won't have time to order a suppressor and have it form 3'd to your dealer before 41F goes into effect.

No and even after it won't be hard. Just only put you on the trust, submit the paperwork, have it approved and then add whoever you want to the trust. At least that's the way I understand it to avoid fingerprinting like 5 people.

As others have said, no. Make sure it is in stock at a local dealer though.
