The Lizard ID thread reminded me of a picture that I took of a weird critter.

For reference:
-I took the pic in late October
-I live in FL
-It was in my garage
-The critter was on a mop that was propped up in the corner

Cool. I was thinking something like that, where it didn't morph right into moth form, because it's body still kind of looks like a caterpillar. Either that or something was munching on it's wings.

Reminded me of the caterpillar from A Bug's Life, after he got his itty-bitty wings.

I started thinking something looked wrong with it. Maybe even morphing normal just in a strange stage.

Nope....it just crawled around on the mop from thread to thread....seemed to be able to utilize it tail as a "push piece" (whooohoo)...but it never flew. Those little wings couldnt carry dat arse!

Went out the next morning and looked for it again but it was never to be seen again...I really wanted to watch its transformation or whatever it was going to become but I didnt want to trap it in a jar and kill it or anything.
