If yall arent killing ducks today and tomorrow, then all duck numbers are BS and they should lower the limit to weed out the number of hunters.

Skidry, one thing I know for sure is that the water is HIGH around the area, so keep that in mind. (For safety and the ducks being spread out).

Most of our farm is not walk-in accessible at the moment from what I hear, and the spots that are walk-in have a gumbo bottom.

My pits are flooded. There will only be 2 spots I can hunt that have raised blinds.

I'll probably be riding the backside of the winch opening the gate up a little bit to drop the water level.

Saw 3 does. Really glad I decided to use my ground blind. Was an equalizer against the cold as wind. Will probably head to town and get a bite to eat then go sit in the swamp the rest of the day

Damn. Slow morning.

I'd consider the sleep in and start at 9AM this morning tactic today.

Yea if it was gonna warm up but temp never really changed. I wanted to be there when that sun started shining on their backs and they got motivated to get up and feed
