I went to my uncles land and set up a target about give or take 50 maybe more yards away. I used that "POS grip pod" as a base for my rifle. I hit a nice grouping within and inch or two from 50+ yards away.

I should have taken a picture but to your credit it's not the sturdiest of Bipods and I definitely could go spend $200+ on a good one but I'm not going to war, I'm going to shoot and enjoy nature. I'm sure you can relate to that baw, I'm just messing with you I had to come by and say that

I should have taken a picture, I might be going back this weekend, I'll try to snap a pic of the grouping when I get back...but then again I could have been standing 5 feet away from the tree

Do any of y'all ever go shoot at Hunter's Run? I've only been there for my CCL class. How do you like it?

If you're the type of person that shoots groups with their rifle, a 1"-2" group at 50 yards is not very good.

You can get into a Harris bipod for $70ish, which is a good bipod.

I do, it's $200/year plus $5/hour to use the rifle range. I go weekly, so for me it is worth it to not have to drive to Sherburne. No full auto though, so still have to make the haul to Sherburne for that.

You're shooting 1"-2" groups @ 50 yds with a scoped rifle? Interesting.

It was me and my friend shooting, I took him shooting for the first time. He had a blast, he had never shot skeet before so we did that as well. We both shot at the same target baw, I'm pretty darn accurate but then again I've only shot my AR a few times. I need to see if my scope is still sighted in at 100 yards my fricking dog jumps on my rifle all the time when I have it on my bed. That shouldn't be enough to knock it off though. Nowwww on the other hand my hunting rifle has to be knocked off...my friend had just shot a deer and I put my rifle on my tailgate and forgot it was there I drove off to go pick him up and I hit this low point in the prairie. I hear a big arse bang in the bed of my truck and remember my rifle was there. It was pitch black so I'm lucky it didn't fall off

Jackass I'm not trying to be "tactical" I just want to have fun, I have no clue how people go shoot AR's inside ruins the whole experience.

That's not too terribly bad, is it usually packed or do are there always lanes open?
